You can order any of our products through our secure shopping cart on our website, complete the information request (such as size, color, drain, design, lip, etc.), as appropriate, revise the amount of products to purchase and click on add to cart, corroborates the information in your (s) product (s) and click on proceed to checkout, fill out the billing and shipping information, and then proceed to pay the order.

Should you require a product with special measures please send an email to sales@thecopperdesign.com to provide product price and so we can manufacture your custom product.
We try to have all of our products in stock for our customers, but due to high demand and the largest selection of copper sinks in the industry, sometimes we will not be in stock. We recommend that if time is a problem for you send us an e-mail to check availability.
At the moment we are only accepting payments through Paypal, because it is quick and secure.
You may cancel your order and receive a refund if it has not yet been processed, if your order has entered the production process will be charged a fee of 20% of its value in the event that your order has been sent not can be canceled.

Orders for items that are special order, special finishes or special measures are not returnable and can not be canceled.
You can modify your order if your order has not been sent from our inventory. Contact us immediately to notify us about the change. If the order has been sent, sorry but we can not do anything about it.
We have 4 patina colors available: Dark, Dark Brown, Brown and Sedona bronze
The items we have available in stock will be sent within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order, items not available will have to wait 3 to 5 days to be shipped in products such as sinks, vessel sinks, bar sinks, kitchen sinks and tiles, bigger products such as bath tubs must wait 5 to 8 days to ship your order.
All our prices include shipping via ground service. If you need a rush order should contact us to provide information on the various options we have to sales@thecopperdesing.com
Countries outside the United States should contact us before ordering to give you a shipping quote.
The transit time of the merchandise is from 4 to 8 business days depending on the city where you are inside the United States (Hawaii and Alaska should contact us to provide shipping).
We can not ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO is. Please be sure to provide a street address.
One day after having passed the period of shipment, we will contact to you to provide the tracking number and you can track your goods.
If we do not communicate with you, please contact us to provide shipping information.
If you believe that you have passed the 8 business days and have not received your goods please contact us to try to see what the problem and verified because your order has not yet been delivered.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipping. So you need to check your goods upon receiving it, so if you see that your merchandise arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect should contact us as soon as possible, you have 3 days to report any damage, if you do after this deadline will be denied any claim, since we will not be able to process claims with the carrier company. Any damage found after this period will be your responsibility. You must keep all packing boxes, packing material and damaged components to the company to inspect.
If you get damaged goods will be sent a replacement at no charge the same for you, if you receive a product other than the one you ordered the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge. Any product that can be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible, without additional cost to you.
The Copper Design will not cover labor charges for incorrect items or products that arrive damaged. We are obligated to ship our customers new product and not obliged to pay labor costs for installation or un installation of product.
Do not accept returns on orders or products that have been installed, used or damaged during unpacking and / or installation.
Note that our products are 100% handmade, so the color varies between pieces, as well as design, although our products meet the highest standards of quality often varies slightly from one product to another therefore not considered defective. In addition, the size and consistency of shape can vary considerably.
Likewise the color of our products changes variably with the time, but this makes it look even better. If you believe you need to apply a little color or patina, email us and we’ll send you a little of patina and you only must pay the shipping cost.
We ship all our products directly from Mexico so we are not responsible for customs charges, import taxes or tariffs that may apply.
International transport costs do not include taxes.
The Copper Design offers 1 year warranty on our products, note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or improper installation of our products.
The Copper Design will replaced a new product, free of charge equivalent to previously purchased (excluding labor) if any of our products has proved defective, provided it is used exclusively in a residential application and installed in accordance with installation instructions and cleaned used as recommended.
Copper is malleable. Materials that are malleable can be hammered or stretched into various shapes with ease, without losing its strength. Some metals such as copper, are also ductile, which means they are flexible. If your product arrives with a bent edge, it can be hammered back intoposition with little effort. Use a wooden or rubber mallet to stretch the edges that may have been altered in transit.
The Copper Design reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. The Replacement cost excludes transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.
We are not responsible for:
 Improper installation/modification
 Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
 Improper care or maintenance
 Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic
solutions, etc.)
 Any change in the product
All our products undergo strict quality control so that we ensure that no product is shipped if that does not meet the required quality, if a product does not meet the specified quality will be sent an email with photos showing you the problem and encouraging you to help us decide if we can ship your product as shown in the photos. If you approve will be send, if not so, we will request patience to produce a new product, we prefer that our customers are satisfied with your purchase to receive a poor quality product.
All our products are made from recycled copper, and its composition is 99% copper and 1% zinc, lead-free products.
